•THIS DESIGN RETRO FITS OLDER MODELS AND IS THE TROUBLE FREE EXTENDED WEAR ROLLER FOR TODAY’S TRACTORS.
•ROLLER SHELLS ARE FORGED FROM A BORON ALLOY STEEL AND ARE THROUGH HARDENED.
•SOME SMALLER EXCAVATOR SHELLS ARE INDUCTION HARDENED AT THE WEAR SURFACE.
•WE ALSO SUPPLY STEEL UNDERCARRIAGE COMPONENTS FOR MINI EXCAVATORS AND COMPACT TRACK LOADERS.
•CONSTRUCTION PARTS L.L.C CARRIES A COMPLETE LINE OF SPROCKETS AND RIMS, CAST SILICONE MANGANESE STEEL, TOTAL INDUCTION-HARDENED AND TEMPERED IN THE TOOTH ROOT AND BUSHINGS CONTACT AREAS.
•MINIMUM 5.0mm DEPTH, HRC 45
•THE WEAR SURFACES ARE INDUCTIONED HARDENED TO PROVIDE LONG LIFE PERFORMANCE AND ACCEPT WELDING AT REBUILD.
•ALL HIGH DRIVE IDLERS ARE DEVELOPED WITH THE LATEST SYMMETRICAL SEAL CONFIGURATION.
•QUALITY IDLER GROUPS FOR FORESTRY AND LANDFILL APPLICATIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
•Triple Bar Grouser Shoe: The standard excavator style shoe offering good performance in most applications. Available for all sizes in varying widths.
•Double Bar Grouser Shoe: Provides increased ground engagement where greater traction is required.
•Single Bar Grouser Shoe: The most aggressive shoe with a single deep grouser providing extremely high traction. Typically used in bulldozer and rock drilling applications.
•Flat Shoe: The flat steel shoe, manufactured using high grade steel is an extremely successful introduction to our range. Minimises surface damage for any large machine working on concrete or tarmac. Provides greatly improved turnability over rubber shoes.
•Single Bar Grouser Notched Shoe: Our most aggressive shoe, based on the single grouser but notched for even greater ground engagement and reducing side slip.
•Triple Bar Chamfered Shoe: The chamfered version of the triple bar shoe improves slewing ability whilst retaining the benefits of the standard triple bar shoe.
•Rubber Bonded Shoe: The rubber bonded shoe offers great protection levels to concrete and tarmac yards.
•Rubber Clip on Pad: Rubber clip on pads use a bolt-on arrangement, providing the ultimate in flexibility. Can be used as a temporary or permanent solution to avoid surface damage.
•LINKS: CP LINKS ARE DESIGNED USING THE LATEST CAD (COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN) SYSTEMS TO MAXIMIZE THE CONTACT SURFACE BETWEEN PIN’S & BUSHINGS AND ARE MACHINED TO PRECISE TOLERANCES TO ENSURE PERFECT FIT AND SEALING. RAIL HARDNESS IS ≤ ROCKWELL C50 WITH A CASE HARDNESS DEPTH UP TO 12MM. DEPTH DEPENDING ON LINK SIZE. CORE HARDNESS IS ≤ ROCKWELL C32. SPLIT LINKS ARE PROFILED ACCORDING TO THE LATEST OEM DESIGN USING “STATE OF THE ART” EDM WIRE CUTTING TECHNOLOGY.
•FORGED LINKS: CP LINKS ARE FORGED FROM BORON STEEL, QUENCHED, TEMPERED, AND INDUCTION HARDENED USING THE LATEST AUTOMATED LINK HARDENING EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE EXCELLENT WEAR RESISTANCE UNDER EVEN THE MOST SEVERE WORKING CONDITIONS.
•SEALED AND GREASED EXCAVATOR LINKS: EXCAVATOR LINKS ARE LUBRICATED USING “EXTREME PRESSURE SYNTHETIC GREASE” AND FITTED WITH THE LATEST STYLE POLYURETHANE SEAL GROUPS TO MAXIMIZE LUBRICANT RETENTION AND INSURE LONG LIFE.
•SEALED AND LUBRICATED DOZER & LOADER CHAINS: LUBRICATED DOZER CHAINS ARE SEALED WITH POLYURETHANE SEALS AND METAL RINGS TO EXTEND OPERATING LIFE AND TO ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY OF DRY JOINTS BETWEEN “WET TURNS”.
•PINS & BUSHINGS: PINS & BUSHINGS ARE CRITICAL TO TRACK CHAIN WEAR LIFE AND ARE MANUFACTURED AND DIMENSIONALLY MATCHED TO ENSURE A PERFECT FIT AND SEALING AND JOINT INTEGRITY. OUTSIDE SURFACE HARDNESS IS ≤ ROCKWELL C58 TO A DEPTH OF ≤ 4MM. WITH A CORE HARDNESS OF ≤ ROCKWELL C34.
•BUSHINGS: THE SURFACE HARDNESS OF THE TRACK BUSHING IS IS CRITICAL FOR UNIFORM WEAR RESISTANCE AND LONG LIFE. CP BUSHINGS HAVE A SURFACE HARDNESS OF ROCKWELL C55, TO A DEPTH EXCEEDING 3.5MM. THE INNER BORE SURFACE IS HARDENED TO A ROCKWELL C53 TO A DEPTH EXCEEDING 3.5MM.
•CHAIN ASSEMBLY: LUBRICATED CHAINS ARE ASSEMBLED ON FULLY AUTOMATED CHAIN ASSEMBLY LINES. SEAL INSTALLATION, PLUG INSTALLATION AND OIL FILL QUANTITIES ARE 100% COMPUTER CONTROLLED AND EVERY JOINT IS INDIVIDUALLY PRESSURE TESTED TO ELIMINATE THAT POSSIBILITY OF LEAKAGE DURING WORKING CONDITIONS. MIN / MAX INTERFERENCE FIT TOLERANCES FIT TOLERANCES BETWEEN THE PINS, BUSHINGS AND LINKS ARE MAINTAINED AUTOMATICALLY BY MIN/ MAX PRESS FORCE SPECIFICATIONS. THIS PROCESS MINIMIZES LINK BREAKAGE AND PIN/ BUSHING DRIFTING.
•CUSTOM ASSEMBLED TRACK GROUPS: CP WILL CUSTOM ASSEMBLE TRACK GROUPS WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF TRACK SHOE DESIGNS UPON REQUEST.
•CP mini excavator tracks are typically modeled after OEM tread design and guide systems.
•With a multitude of undercarriage guide systems available on the large range of these machines, we pride ourselves on providing the best fitment available for your specific model.
•CP strives to provide its customers with the right tracks that are designed specifically for the undercarriage system to provide a smoother, quieter, longer wearing track.
• Improved roller path
• Heavy-duty steel lugs
• Thick steel cables go through three step coating process to ensure bonding to the rubber
• Steel cables are machine wound and tensioned for even placement in the tracks
• Smoother ride that creates less vibration which results in reduced operator fatigue and machine wear
